In compliance with Articles 15, 16, and other applicable provisions of Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter, the "LFPDPPP"), as well as its Regulations and the Privacy Notice Guidelines issued by Mexico's National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information, and Personal Data Protection (INAI), Creaciones Industriales S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter, "Creaciones Industriales"), with its registered address at José María Chávez No. 643, Colonia Centro, C.P. 20000, Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes, Mexico, acting as the data controller responsible for the processing of personal data, hereby makes available to data subjects this Comprehensive Privacy Notice.
I. Personal Data Subject to Processing
Pursuant to Articles 3, Section V, 15, and 16 of the LFPDPPP, Creaciones Industriales may collect and process the following personal data:
- Full name
- Address
- Landline and/or mobile phone number
- Email address
- Handwritten signature
- Image and/or photograph
- Employment and academic/professional background, in connection with recruitment and selection processes
Creaciones Industriales states that it does not collect or process sensitive personal data as defined under Articles 3, Section VI, and 9 of the LFPDPPP.
In the exceptional event that sensitive personal data is processed, Creaciones Industriales will first obtain the express, written consent of the data subject, in accordance with Article 9 of the LFPDPPP.
II. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Pursuant to Articles 15, 16, and 18 of the LFPDPPP, personal data will be processed for the following primary purposes, which are necessary for the existence, maintenance, and performance of the legal relationship between Creaciones Industriales and the data subject:
- Verifying and confirming identity
- Responding to requests for information, contact, or quotes
- Providing products and services
- Following up on business and contractual relationships
- Maintaining access control and security at our facilities
- Managing personnel recruitment and selection processes
- Complying with legal and regulatory obligations
Personal data may also be used for the following secondary purposes, for which consent will be deemed granted tacitly unless the data subject expressly objects at the time of first contact with Creaciones Industriales:
- Sending advertising, promotions, and commercial information
- Satisfaction and quality surveys
- Internal statistics and analysis

Objecting to the processing of personal data for secondary purposes may not be used as grounds to deny the products or services requested.
III. Options and Means to Limit the Use or Disclosure of Personal Data
In compliance with Article 16, Section III of the LFPDPPP, Creaciones Industriales makes the following mechanisms available to data subjects to limit the use or disclosure of their personal data:
- A written request submitted by email to contacto@lineaitalia.com.mx
- A written request submitted at our physical address: José María Chávez No. 643, Colonia Centro, C.P. 20000, Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes, Mexico
- Enrollment in internal opt-out lists for promotional or advertising purposes
- Revocation of previously granted consent for secondary purposes
Creaciones Industriales will respond to such requests within a maximum of 20 (twenty) business days from receipt of the request, in accordance with Article 32 of the LFPDPPP, with the possibility of a one-time extension of equal length when circumstances warrant it.
IV. Transfer of Personal Data
Pursuant to Articles 36 and 37 of the LFPDPPP, Creaciones Industriales may transfer personal data without the data subject's consent in the cases provided for by law, including transfers to:
- Competent authorities, in compliance with legal requirements
- Affiliated, subsidiary, or related companies operating under shared internal policies
- Service providers acting as data processors, with whom a contract will be entered into guaranteeing the same level of data protection set out in this notice and in the LFPDPPP
Any transfer other than those described above will be subject to the data subject's consent whenever applicable law so requires.
V. Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Creaciones Industriales website (www.lineaitalia.com.mx) uses cookies and similar technologies that involve the processing of personal data, for the purpose of improving the browsing experience and gathering statistical information about site usage.
Cookies may collect information relating to:

- Pages visited

- Cancel it when they consider it unnecessary for the stated purposes
- Object to its processing
To exercise ARCO rights, the data subject or their legal representative must submit a request through one of the following means:

The request must include:
- The data subject's full name
- Documents proving identity or legal representation
- A clear, precise description of the data for which a right is being exercised

Creaciones Industriales will respond within a maximum of 20 (twenty) business days from the date the request is received, in accordance with Article 32 and other applicable provisions of the LFPDPPP. This period may be extended once, for an equal length of time, when circumstances warrant it, with the data subject notified within the original period.
VII. Revocation of Consent
Pursuant to Article 8 of the LFPDPPP, data subjects may revoke consent previously granted for the processing of their personal data at any time, through a request submitted using the means indicated in Section VI of this notice.
Revocation will not have retroactive effect and will remain subject to any applicable legal obligations. Creaciones Industriales will respond within the periods established by the LFPDPPP.
VIII. Changes to This Privacy Notice
In compliance with Article 16, Section VI of the LFPDPPP, Creaciones Industriales reserves the right to modify or update this Privacy Notice as a result of legal reforms, internal policy changes, or new requirements arising from the products or services it offers.
Any changes will be communicated through the official website: www.lineaitalia.com.mx, in the section titled "Privacy Notice," indicating the corresponding last-updated date.
IX. Consent
Pursuant to Articles 8 and 17 of the LFPDPPP, by providing personal data and using the website, services, or platforms of Creaciones Industriales, the data subject acknowledges having read and understood this Privacy Notice.
For primary purposes, personal data will be processed on the basis of the legal relationship existing between the data subject and Creaciones Industriales. For secondary purposes, consent will be deemed granted tacitly under Article 8 of the LFPDPPP, unless the data subject expressly objects as described herein.
