Visitor chair Nuvola, front view

Visitor chair

The Nuvola visitor chair is a sophisticated, functional option within our range of premium visitor chairs. Its clean design, combined with taupe veg-leather upholstery and a chrome sled base, makes it an ideal piece for executive waiting areas, senior management offices, or service stations with an institutional image.

It shares the upholstery and formal language of the executive version in the collection, so the management desk and the chairs facing it stay coordinated. The lumbar support is built in, with medium support, and the arms are fixed, chrome, and upholstered: no knobs or levers, because a visitor chair goes from standing to sitting and back all day.

Frequently asked questions

About the Nuvola chair.

We answer the most common questions about the Nuvola chair: adjustments, dimensions, and warranty.

What advantages does a sled base offer? +

It rests on two continuous tubes instead of five points, which spreads the weight and keeps the floor from getting marked. It also gives a slight flex when you sit down, softening the support with no mechanism needed. And with no casters, the chair stays exactly where it's placed.

Why doesn't it have adjustments? +

Because it's a visitor chair. It's used for a meeting or a wait, not for eight hours straight, so the height and angle are calculated at the factory for typical use. The adjustments of a task chair would only add parts no one would use here.

What is veg-leather? +

A polyurethane upholstery with the look and feel of leather, made with no animal origin. Compared to natural leather, it holds up better to frequent cleaning and doesn't dry out; compared to common vinyl, it's more flexible and breathable. On a piece of furniture that dozens of people use every month, that resistance to cleaning matters.

Can it be paired with the executive version? +

Yes, that's exactly the idea. The Nuvola management chair shares the upholstery and design language, and sits behind the desk with an aluminum base and a tall backrest. This version goes in front.

Does the chair comply with the Ley Silla? +

Yes. The Ley Silla is a Mexican labor-reform law that requires employers to provide workers with seating that has a backrest, and the Nuvola meets that requirement. Even so, for a full-time workstation, a task chair with adjustments is the better fit.
