Task chair
Monza
Not every workstation needs a chair with twelve adjustments. The Monza sits at the other end of our ergonomic office chairs range: the essentials, done well, without extra parts. A mesh backrest with lumbar support built into the curve, an upholstered seat, and fixed armrests.
The backrest is independently reclining and height-adjustable, the two movements that actually get used every day. The seat is molded, injected 35 kg/m³ foam. And it offers something uncommon: a choice of base — a 25″ nylon star or a 25″ chrome-steel star — letting you match finish and cost to the area. Available in black and white. Ergonomics level 3 of 5.

Frequently asked questions
About the Monza chair.
We answer the most common questions about the Monza chair: adjustments, dimensions, and warranty.
What does ergonomics level 3 of 5 mean? +
It covers the essential adjustments — seat height and backrest recline — without the fine-tuning found on higher models, such as adjustable lumbar support, multi-axis arms, or seat depth. It is a sound choice for part-time workstations or high-turnover areas; for eight-hour days, it is worth moving up a level.
Which base is better, nylon or chrome steel? +
Both measure 25 inches and hold the same load. Nylon is lighter and more discreet; chrome steel gives a more visible finish and holds up better to bumps in high-traffic areas. The difference is mainly one of appearance and cost.
What does 35 kg/m³ foam density mean? +
It is the density of the seat foam. 35 kg/m³ is a medium density, suitable for regular use. Our full-day models use higher densities: the San Pietro office chair reaches 53 kg/m³.
Are fixed armrests a problem? +
It depends on the desk. At the standard 75 cm desk height, fixed arms work well for most people. They become an issue when the desk is taller or shorter than that, or when someone needs to slide the chair fully under the desk.
Does the chair comply with Mexico's Ley Silla? +
Yes. Ley Silla is the Mexican labor reform that requires employers to provide seating with a backrest for workers, and the Monza meets that requirement with a reclining backrest, lumbar support, and height adjustment.
