Visitor chair Verona, front view

Visitor chair

The Verona visitor chair brings an elegant, understated look to any professional space. Its black veg-leather upholstery and chrome sled structure make it ideal for waiting areas, executive offices, or auxiliary stations that call for comfort without giving up style. It's an option within our office chairs that brings distinction and functionality together in a single design.

Of all our visitor chairs, it has the tallest backrest, at 105 cm: it reaches the shoulder blades and lets you truly lean back, not just rest your lower back. The arms are padded and upholstered, with no metal in the contact area. It shares the upholstery and design line with the executive version of the collection.

Frequently asked questions

About the Verona chair.

We answer the most common questions about the Verona chair: adjustments, dimensions, and warranty.

How is it different from the Merino visitor chair? +

Both come in black veg-leather with a chrome sled base, but the Verona has a taller backrest — 105 cm versus 94 — and padded, upholstered arms, while the Merino has chrome arms with a pad. The Verona is more enveloping; the Merino is more classic, with channel-tufted lines.

Why does backrest height matter? +

A low backrest only supports the lumbar area; at around 100 cm of total height it reaches the shoulder blades and lets you rest your whole back. The difference shows up in long meetings, when people tend to lean back.

Can it be used in a boardroom? +

Yes. At 56 cm wide by 50 cm deep, it's more compact than a waiting-area armchair, so several fit around a table without crowding the space. The sled base also won't mark the floor when dragged.

What is veg-leather? +

A polyurethane upholstery with the look and feel of leather, made with no animal origin. Compared to natural leather, it holds up better to frequent cleaning and doesn't dry out over time.

Can it be paired with the executive version? +

Yes, that's the idea behind the collection. The Verona executive chair shares the upholstery and design language, with a swiveling aluminum base and an integrated headrest. This version sits across from the desk.
